Commissions are for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL use only. Feel free to use the piece in any personal manner (use on social media/personal print/use on websites). Usage of the work for profit is prohibited. I'm open for discussion on other business inquiries via email.

When using the work, please credit back to @ruporas on Instagram/Tumblr/Bsky or @pawschamp on Twitter.

Please ask beforehand if you are going to alter the final piece in any manner.

I retain the rights to my work and may post finished commissions online (social media, portfolio, commission examples etc.)

I reserve the right to decline any commission that I don't feel comfortable making.

I don’t allow my work to be used for NFTs, any projects involving cryptocurrency, or any AI. Using AI on the finished piece is prohibited.

Payment will be upfront via Paypal/Stripe invoice.

The commission is non-refundable once I begin working on the sketch. Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to complete the piece for any personal reasons.

These are SKETCH commissions, meaning pieces will have loose lines and can look a little messy when viewing closely. If you want to see a speed paint, you can request it, but I do not use AI and no AI will ever be used in my art process.

On the order form, please provide thorough details of what you want me to draw for you. The more specific, the better I can adhere to your vision! No AI photos please, not even as reference, I will not follow it.

All pieces will be done on a white background. Set dressing/background elements for interaction such as chairs, table, simplistic foliage, etc, can be requested for an additional fee ($15+).

Additional props, if not complicated, can be requested and done free of charge, but if it's a complex design, I will charge extra.

Additional characters are +75% of the original price. Max characters is 5.

After payment, I will work on your piece depending on your place in the queue. Clients can request to receive a rough thumbnail to check for posing and such. Otherwise, clients will only receive the final piece upon completion.

Pieces may take up to 2 weeks to 2 months for completion, depending on your place in the queue. I will maintain active communication in case there are any delays. Feel free to contact me for updates.

After the final piece is completed, 2 minor revisions such as a color change or a small detail missed will be allowed.
